Subscriptions
Premium is a recurring subscription. It can be cancelled at any time and continues until the end of the paid period, after which premium presentation and placement eligibility end.
One-time entitlements
Enhanced is a permanent one-time content entitlement. It remains on the profile after a premium subscription ends.
Refunds
One-time enhanced purchases are refundable within 14 days if the enhanced content has not been published. Subscription periods already started are not refunded.
Failed review
If a submission or claim is declined, any related one-time purchase is refunded in full.
